Maxime Hanocq, 30, french photographer & filmmaker based in Paris.
Among these convinced that beauty will save the world, as this is what we stay alive for, as this is what I choose to see.
Spent my whole life feeding what would allow me to create more beauty, through a tireless curiosity for our culture. Very conscious about our world's utter richness, I could never stop paying attention to anything that I deem inspiring, such as the small things, small details in everyday life that can be extremely visually pleasing.
Fascinated by what I observe, it seems consistent that my greatest wish is to share my vision for the world to see.
As my sensitivity for the Arts in general grew stronger, crafting pictures, collecting them, not only became a passion, but a purpose.
A purpose that I gladly put at the service of other forms of Arts.
What I crave for the most certainly is this : letting the Arts have lively conversations about how they could create something truly remarkable together.
In my practice of photography & filmmaking, I couldn't let myself be restricted to one type of subject. In this regard you may find in my portfolio a wide variety of themes, as I'm really fond of exploring how to craft nice pictures in any contexts.
« L'exaltation de vie que l'art donne aux choses, il la donne aussi à l'artiste créateur ; il lui fait un bonheur qui va plus avant, une flamme qui consume plus vite. » - Thomas Mann
